These Terms govern your use of the Big Shot Drilling LLC website (the "Site") and its tools, including the online estimator. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is provided for legitimate prospective customers seeking drilling services and for general information about Big Shot Drilling LLC. You may use the estimator to obtain a budget-level estimate for a real project you intend to bid out, build, or evaluate. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harvest information for a competing service, or to disrupt the Site's operation.
The instant estimator produces budget-level cost ranges based on the information you submit and Big Shot Drilling's proprietary pricing methodology. Estimates are not formal bids, are not contractual offers, and do not bind Big Shot Drilling to perform work at the displayed price.
A binding bid will only be issued in writing after Big Shot Drilling reviews your project plans, soil reports, and site conditions. All estimates expire 30 days from the date issued unless extended in writing.
The Site, the estimator software, the underlying calculation logic, the per-diameter and per-inch rate tables, the cage weight model, the bid workflow, the Big Shot Drilling name and logo, and all written content are the exclusive property of Big Shot Drilling LLC and/or its licensors. They are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
By submitting an estimate request or contact form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We may use submitted project details to prepare a follow-up bid, contact you about your project, and improve our internal pricing models. We will not sell your contact details to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Site and its tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Big Shot Drilling LLC makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the estimates, content, or pricing displayed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Shot Drilling LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on estimates, project delays, or business losses.
Any drilling services performed by Big Shot Drilling LLC are governed by a separate written contract that includes Texas-specific provisions for utility marking (Texas 811), oil and gas infrastructure responsibility, environmental conditions, and lien rights under Texas Property Code Chapter 53. Nothing on the Site supersedes the terms of a signed contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Howard County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
